Round Table on Maker Spaces, Implementation in the Classroom

The implementation of the Maker Space in the classroom is an important challenge that requires dedication and effort on the part of the teaching staff. However, this initiative also brings great benefits, as it fosters a high level of creativity and competence in handling emerging technologies. The current educational trend means that, little by little, all educational centers incorporate these spaces, thus facilitating an environment where students can develop critical thinking, collaboration and problem-solving skills. This means that teachers have to adapt to a new teaching style and content, leaving the door open to finding the best practices in this area.

The Espai Maker Round Table was a day of exchange with other educational centers, with the aim of disseminating the learning and best practices acquired. This day has enabled the creation of inter-centre collaboration spaces where teachers can share their experiences and learning strategies. The participants highlighted the importance of these meetings to enrich their pedagogical background and improve their practices in the classroom.
